The "NOT-IS & NEVER-WAS" VIAS of the SECURITY MOCO used for
storage of GAME RULES VIOLATIONS and other "secret data" the player
didn't want others to know, seem to come to be audited a bit at a time - like spies coming
in from the cold - and like the OT 13 waiting periods - the reason seems to be they
(or some) were given a "cover" and sent off to the far reaches of space
(or the playing field) so not to be identified with their creator.
When they come, handle as follows:
- TR0 them.
- Identify them: "My NOT-IS & NEVER-WAS MOCOs created to hold secret data for
me forever?" (This gets their full attention).
- "The game is over." "Return to your moment of creation or go
free." (Blows) (Ack them)
- "Find the VIA who created you - the 1st Deputy MOCO or
Security MOCO - or one of his VIAS." "MOC or Free." (More
Blows).
- "Show me the data you were holding as you leave." - TR0. (ACK it.)
(More Blows).
- Repeat 3), 4), 5) until blows cease. (3, 4, 5, 3, 4, 5, etc.).
- Rts of a qn.
- Own Sanity or Self Det.
- Lv a Game or Pwr Choice
- As they build up from time to time, handle as above.
- If difficult or won't blow or need to "debrief", get on the METER and
do Steps 1 - 10 (of OT 9, 10, 11).
- Some incredible OT experiences may come to view, so be ready for anything.
