I don't really see any reason why a completely new person to this subject shouldn't be able to do Free Solo Processing. Other than false Considerations that it can't be done.

The main thing is to understand the basics about Entities. They are Beings like yourself. An awareness unit being aware of being aware.

Many tricks can be used to handle Free Solo if it locks up. But these tricks usually result in getting something easier in the Mind than what you wanted to erase. So these tricks are not really a solution.

So here is the "universal" solution:

Fucus your awareness on a pressure area (continuously, no pause).
Confront it as long as it takes to have it erase. Or at least partially erase.

It may take 1 second, or it may take 1 year, 2 hours daily. Time is of no concern. There is no better way to learn about your mind and life than to confront the pressure area as long as it takes. Even if the needle on your Meter is more or less stuck. Even the tiniest motion on the Meter Needle will gradually make you learn what works and what doesn't work in solo. Just focus on the pressure area, knowing there are Beings there. You and they can't remain is such a fixated state, with that much awareness focused there. As long as it takes. It will open up and get in motion sooner or later.

Peaceful Confront, just being there. Do not add anything to it, just peacefully receive. Full awareness of the aesthetic and the not so easthetic that may be there.

But of course, if you after 100 or 200 hours of this still get no needle and TA motion on your Meter then it might be more effective to try something else than Free Solo.
