Solo Course

This is a short one extracted from several Freezone sources. Many Solo Courses are a whole book in size. Very little of it is necessary for Free Solo Processing. The data here are not sufficient for soloing Lower Levels, but should be sufficient for Free Solo Processing. (Lower Levels are more tricky as there the main point is release. While on Free Solo you go in and get it. Direct contact with the unconfrontable to erasure.)

1. Have enough sleep and food.
2. Do not have alcohol in your body when doing Solo.
3. Do not do Solo while on medication or taking drugs. No pain-killers etc.

Do your Solo in an undisturbed place. A room with the door closed so you can work in peace. Tiny details can make the difference between success and failure. The Mind is a sensitive thing.

Some basic Solo Processing rules:
The way out is the way through.
Get yourself through.
Misunderstanding leads to complexities.
Any case is better opened than left closed.

A Soloist should not be afraid of making mistakes. Any mistake can be repaired. Either by himself or another. The Mind is a self-protecting mechanism, as long as you don't use drugs and hypnosis and the like. And as long as you don't push your luck too far.

Check list for setting up a Solo session:
 1. Choose a room where you won't get disturbed. Lock the door if necessary.
 2. Have table, chair, Meter, paper, pen.
 3. Place the Meter in front of you on the table.
 4. A sheet of paper below, or at the side of the Meter.
 5. Check battery. Handle if low.
 6. Switch on the Meter.
 7. Ensure the electrode plug is out.
 8. Put the Tonearm at 2.0.
 9. Turn the Trim button to get the Needle on 'set'.
10. Insert the electrode plug.
11. Put the electrodes in one hand (normal humidity and warm).
12. With your free hand turn the Tonearm until the Needle is at 'set'.
13. Turn the Sensitivity knob to a suitable position (better too high than too low).
14. Write date, TA position, time.
15. Zero the TA-counter.
16. Do the Free Solo Processing (described elsewhere).
17. End the Solo with writing down time, TA counter, TA position.
18. Turn off the Meter. End the session.

When the session is ended then let it be ended. Do not go around chewing at you Mind outside of session. That is the general rule.

How long and how often you do Solo is up to you. Do it long enough to get wins, but not so long that you get exhausted. Perhaps 1 to 2 hours daily.
