Excalibur normally starts following completion of OT 3, unless the case requires the original OT 4, 5, 6 and 7.

It has been said that the original OT 4, 5, 6 and 7 were addressing amongst other things, the impingement level of the main being, as a certain amount is needed to be able to activate these more resistive beings.

OT 3 completion does not mean all of the BTs and clusters in the composite case have been handled. OT 3 handles the BTs and clusters that are more up tone. They are in the above-death band of the tone scale so they are easily put into communication and freed from the composite case.

While auditing on OT 3, as one begins to "run out" of those BTs and Clusters that are easily put into communication, the Solo Auditor starts to run into Beings needing a more comprehensive handling and address, ie: Excalibur. This needs to be watched out for.

As the solo auditor audits on OT 3, he experiences an increase in his ability to handle force (case), with the correlating increase in responsibility and perception. Thus his attention and intention starts to bring the more down tone and resistive Beings "live".

Excalibur handles the BTs and clusters who are in the below-death band of the tone scale. They are not easily put into communication because they are stuck on the track, out of present time, and quite often they are unconscious. Thus they are psychotic and have a tendency to be idle or dormant.

The beings, who essentially, by the tone scale - right? - have not gone - well, you can look at it in several ways: They have not, totally identified themselves with MEST. They have not, totally lost, some beingness, as a being. In other words you can still communicate to them. Even if they are..thinking they are a "thing" they can still be a LIVE thing. They still - to some degree - retain Liveness, communication. And some sort of, uh, little line that you can get ahold of them with. OK?

So, you can spot them on the tone scale. Some of them are, in various theta-degrees but uh, most, most of them are below death, on the tone scale - Ah, sorry! - Above death, on the tone scale."

Then you get, the guy's, got rid of all the ones he can easily get into communication with. He hits the solidity wall or solidity factor, of NOTs. And the NOTs area, is, of course, where we have the guys below, being able, to be a being."

"Right - here we go: (reading the tone scale) Failure, Pity, Shame, Accountable, Blame, Regret, Punishing other bodies, Responsibility as Blame, Controlling Bodies, Protecting Bodies, Owning Bodies, Approval from Bodies, Needing Bodies, Worshipping Bodies, Sacrifice, Hiding, Being Objects, Being Nothing, Can't Hide, Total Failure. You know what I mean?"

 

Excerpt from the LRH book 8-8008 (Chapter on Affinity, Reality, Communication) -

"On this tone-scale, we have a theoretical point of no energy at 40.0, and a point where energy begins to be solid around 0.0; well below this level we have matter formed of the type known in the material universe."

"The auditor must realize that communication is essentially directed or received energy and is inhibited by the willingness or unwillingness of the preclear to take responsibility for energy or forms of energy. Where responsibility is low, perception is low."
