If the definition of Operating Thetan is knowing and willing cause over all dynamics, then we can see at once that responsibility must go hand in hand with making an Operating Thetan.

Basically, then, when one is processing a pc, one is seeking to rehabilitate a willingness to do. In order to accomplish this, one must remove from the case the unwillingness to have done certain things and must rehabilitate the ability to withhold on the pc’s own determinism (not by punishment) further bad actions. Only then will the pc be willing to recover from anything wrong with the pc – since anything wrong with the pc is self-imposed in order to prevent wrong-doing at some past time.

 

Summary of Key Concepts

OT is not a piece of paper that says you finished a Grade Chart action.

How OT are you? That is best answered by – How responsible are you?

LRH has given the HASI 3 responsibilities:

1. Ensure that actual OTs are made on planet Earth.
2. Handle the 3rd dynamic engram – the enemy takeover of the Church
3. Handle the 4th dynamic engram – the Enlaver plan to make men slaves

The Upper Bridge is LRH C/Sing and auditing you. The staff at HASI headquarters are receiving the Upper Bridge directly from LRH. Thus it can be seen that the HASI staff’s sphere of activity is production on Scientology Four and Scientology Five.

Production on points 2 and 3 above is also production on point 1 – since OT and responsibility are essentially the same thing.

Agents of the Enslavers posing as “auditors” peddle the following false data:

1. You can go OT without getting in ethics.
2. You can go OT without being responsible.

The road to truth is not paved with lies. The truth is:

Tone 20 is the tone level of OT.

Thus going up tone is the only way to go OT.

The tone scale is the ratio of theta to entheta.

Thus, the way a Being goes up tone is by converting entheta back into theta.

Theta is reason. Ethics is reason. Entheta is unreason. Out ethics is unreason.

Converting entheta back into theta means converting out ethics back to in ethics.

Thus the only method of making an OT is raising ethics and responsibility levels.

Thus the 3 responsibilities LRH gave to the HASI are part of the process of going OT.

An operating thetan operates. That means he takes pro-survival action on the dynamics. He does not just sit and watch as suppressives work to enslave everyone. What motivates him to action is that he cares. And that explains the motivation of HASI staff.

Therefore the Upper Bridge that leads to OT is not just accomplished in auditing sessions alone. The Upper Bridge is getting auditing directly from LRH at the same time that one is taking action in the physical universe along the lines of the 3 responsibilities LRH gave the HASI.

The work of Enslaver agents posing as “auditors” brought us the era of false Scientology. It was an era of sabotaging case gain through intentional misapplication, resulting in a sabotaged Bridge, thus no Theta Clears and OTs were produced.

By founding the HASI, a new day is dawning – commencing the era of true Scientology.
