After OT 3 completion -
1. In Ethics
2. Lower Bridge case fully handled
3.
Competent auditor
Before allowing someone onto Excalibur - check for the
following:
1. Out ethics - use Ethics tech and FPRD as needed
2. Unflat
lower Bridge - Apply HCOB 30 June 1971 Expanded Green Form GF
40XRF
3. Incompetent auditor - cram and train as needed
The above prerequisites are an advice from Ron communicated on 16
April 2002.
All of the skills of a Dianetic auditor and a Class 4 auditor
will be needed on Excalibur.
The reason is - you are auditing
Thetans and they can get stuck in any mental aberration.
To set up the case for Excalibur, handle any resistive case
points that are out. Assess the GF 40XRF and handle all reads.
The Reason
The common denominator of the above prerequisites is a skipped
gradient.
Handling Excalibur case is a very high gradient of ethics, case
level, and auditor skills.
The idea of a gradient is that you master each lower step
on the gradient before going on to a higher step. The key word there
is master. When you do not master the lower steps and then move on
to a higher step on the gradient, you fall on your head, you can’t
do it, you fail at it.
Those who have started Excalibur and are fumbling around and
falling on their head, will just have to tough it out and learn as
they go. That means they will have to study and learn ethics and
auditing skills that they should have mastered before starting
Excalibur.
If it is really bad, then you can take them off the level to
handle the skipped gradient. In this case, use Review Auditing to
handle the current case the solo auditor restimulated but did not
handle. That ends him off on a win and no stuck attention on the
incomplete Excalibur cycles that he started but could not
finish.
For those who have not yet started Excalibur, the smart thing to
do and the kind thing to do, is to check the 3 prerequisites above
and handle it before allowing them on the level.
