Composite Case Handling - OT 3

Here is a brief explanation of the OT 3 incident. The incident happened 75 million years ago. As a solution to over population on other planets, inhabitants of those planets were captured, transported to Earth and blown up as a group with nuclear explosions. They were then implanted as part of a group. This incident formed clusters, and that means a group of Beings stuck together who believe they are one Being. It is called Incident II.

One's body is a mass of individual thetans stuck to oneself or to the body.

A Body Thetan is a thetan who is stuck to another thetan or body but is not in control.

A Cluster is a group of body thetans crushed or held together by some mutual bad experience. Thetans believed they were one. This is the primary error.

One of the primary incidents on the track that formed clusters was the OT 3 incident.

Sequence of Incident II for thetans on another planet -

Capture (being shot)
Freezing
Transport to Teegeeack (Earth)
Placed near a volcano
Nuclear Explosion of the volcano
Terrific Winds - Thetans blown above peak
Electronic ribbon goes up and thetans stuck to it
Thetans pulled down by ribbon and implanted
Beginning implant up to “the pilot” who says he is mocking it up
Various picture sequences
The 7s and Clearing Course and OT II materials (implants)
36 days of picture implants
Transport to Hawaii or Las Palmas for packaging up into clusters

Asia & Pacific Volcanos Atlantic Volcanos
North Japan Tangier
South Japan Saint Helena
Krakajawia Kilimajaro
Mount Washington Canada
Mount Ranier Las Palmas
Mount Hood Other?
Mount Shasta
San Gorgonio
Indonesia
Philipines
Himalayas
Andes
Hawaii
Other?

The pictures contain God, the Devil, angels, space opera, theaters, helicopters, a constant spinning, a spinning dancer, trains and various scenes very like modern England. You name it, it's in this implant we call in its entirety "R6".

Capture on other planets was weeks or months before the implant. Citizens of Teegeeack were not captured, transported and blown up - they were simply given the implants.

The implants lasted for over 36 days but from the point of the volcanic explosion to the point where "the pilot" says he is mocking it up is only a few days. Do not scan through the duration of 36 days.

Incident II is found on this planet and nearby stars - so if a Being was not in this sector of the universe 75 million years ago, he will not have Incident II on his time track. Incident I is found on all thetans.

Incident I is an implant that occurred about 4 quadrillion years ago:

Loud snap
Waves of light
Chariot comes out, turns right and left
Cherub comes out, blows horn, comes near
Shattering series of snaps
Cherub fades back (retreats)
Blackness dumped on thetan

Running Incident II:

Intend the BT or cluster to 75 million years ago.

Have the BT or cluster run Incident II from Capture to pilot. When they get to the part of the incident where they are placed near a volcano, find out which volcano it was. After a couple of runs if the BT does not blow off or the group (cluster) break up and blow, then run Incident I on individual BT's. Each will blow off with an F/N.

Certain buttons have to be gotten in when running a thetan through incidents. The Effort To Stop the motion hangs up the action and gives a stuck picture. Get the Effort To Stop off and the scene races through.

The Effort To Withdraw also hangs up the action. Rush, Protest, Not-Is, Suppress are also present. These were actions - thoughts - the thetan had during the Incident and are picked up only when the incident doesn't run well.

Running Incident I:

Intend the BT to 4 Quadrillion years ago.

Have the BT run Incident I, and the same buttons used for Incident II are utilized here.

Flatten Incident I with several passes, if necessary. This should result in a blow and F/N. If not, check for earlier Incident I and run it. Keep going earlier similar Incident I to get the blow. When you find and run the basic Incident I, if still no blow, ask for an earlier similar incident in an earlier universe. Run that chain earlier similar to basic and a blow.

Another reason for no blow on Incident I is the auditor is trying to run a cluster with an Incident I. The right thing to do is date and get the character of the incident that made it a cluster and then run Incident I on those left when it breaks up.

Copying:

After a BT leaves, some other BT may copy him or the incident just run.

Thetans in the body may obsessively copy the pictures of other thetans. Therefore you can find it seems that the thetan who just left is still there because there is a picture left. Spot the fact that someone else copied it and it usually goes. .

Freewheel:

When you run Incident II out of one thetan and then Incident I out of another (thinking it was the first one) one can get a partially run body thetan who won't blow, but who may start to go on through the whole of R6 automatically (since the basic-basic Incident I is not run, yet Incident II is).

A pre-OT can freewheel into R6 if you run only an incident II. Freewheel means that the PC goes on automatic continuous run of R6. You can stop a freewheel at once by running Incident I off the same thetan you ran the Incident II on that started a freewheel.

Suppressive BT:

Some BTs are suppressive. A suppressive is out of valence in R6. That means he is in the valence of the implanters, those who were giving the Incident II implant. He is in valence in Incident I almost always. An SP BT can be run on grades and Power and should then respond to Incident II and Incident I.

“Now, let's take: Why is Incident II and I run on OT III? Anybody know that? Why don't you run other stuff? Why do you run Incident II and I, on OT III? Why do you run, II and I on OT III?”

“Why are these.. these two, implants very, very important?

"Because they make clusters. "

That's it! That's it! They're cluster making. These..these two.. the 36 days by itself and the CC by itself, were not cluster making incidents. They were the same picture but at different times. Accidentally a guy might have been put through with another guy, but it was not the INTENTION, of it.

The INTENTION, of these two incidents - which are the major track incidents, to..that made clusters. As you know there are, what called mutual incidents that can make clusters but they're individualized. They're more like... for each cluster there's a different one. But these are the main ones that made clusters.”

“So, with THAT, you're freeing up the thetan...”

Note:

Excerpt from LRH lecture 16 April 1952 HCL-21 Anatomy of the Theta Body

“There are usually three specific incidents on the track which are additive incidents - call them in slang, “joiners.”

Note:

The OT 3 materials state that the following incidents can form clusters -

Incident II - 75 million years ago
Clearing Course Implant - 1 ½ Quadrillion years ago
Incident I - 4 Quadrillion years ago

Continuation of excerpts from HASI transcript of Tech Briefing 4 by CBR:

“So now we get to Cluster Making Incidents: II, and I (drawing). Now we know how II made clusters, because it was a mutual incident, all taking place where these guys got exploded on the top of mountains. And..and they were given false pictures of it being volcanoes and all and went through the 36 days. But the important thing is, the, incident itself that made the cluster, and the earlier beginning which is the capter..capture.

And that's why you have to run from the capture, on, because it's like the earliest beginning of that incident. The first time, he FELT, the evil intention. You see? There's an intention on the 7th dynamic to destroy thetans. The first time he FELT that, is that point he gets in the capture. You know what I mean? "Hey, something wrong here, this guys, coming after me...", and you'll get it. (snap) See that..So if he doesn't...uh uhh... if you just hit a guy and..and he CONTACTS (hit table) his Incident II, it may not blow because he hasn't got the earliest beginning of it and felt the first, hint of that evil intention. Because the evil intention is present throughout the incident. More and more intensified. Because behind everything, of course you have the....in the 7th dynamic - communication of evil intention, as soon as you start to do in thetans. See? So, the incident will release when he SPOTS that. Exact time, place, form, and event when you get, the first inclination of the, evil intention. All right.

Now, the cluster however, - part of it - will break up, by spotting the mutual incident (drawing). So, here's... we have a Cluster up in PT, from the old, Incident II. All right? These guys - or say a "Cluster" - (drawing) so the guys wants to audit that. And.. they don't have another mutual incident in here. Let's just say that it's II. All right. So, they go back and they spot the explosion here as the mutual incident and they go - SHUCKKK... - and right away they separate out. That was their mutual incident. All right?

Now of course each of them might have a different capture. You might have a different, first, part of it. You see? OK. So the key thing is however, that, you find the mutual incident that's holds them, holds them together.

Now we found also that some of the guys, -and you probably found too - that some of the guys - the capture was their mutual incident. The earlier similar mutual incident, of this. (taps board). In other words a whole group, got blown away at the same time. They were lasered out of existence or bombed or something to wipe them out - whoosh - collected up as thetans. Religious communities, uh.. non-conformists, uh.. artists, people who, spoke against the government of Xenu's.”

“And also we're just now speaking about that, in running II, uh, on a Cluster, eh, II could be the Cluster making incident, but also the capture, could be a Cluster making incident, on that Cluster. If.. not, they may have, an earlier, similar even one, between Incident II and Incident I - that's a Cluster making incident. Or they could have a later one.

This is something you have to sort out. With the, with the uh, meter, and with the Cluster itself. If you can get a spokesman even for it, or get it talking to you as a unit. And you can, date/locate it. Find out what it is. OK? But the basic thing is that the, Cluster Making Incident can occur: After Incident II (closer to PT), (bang table) Incident II, (bang table) the capture of Incident II, (bang table) Before Incident II. All right? And it can also be, Incident I in some cases. All right?

"Could be.. could it be even before Incident I - as we do have earlier Incident Is?"

We have only found... -yeah, it's not a.. general thing though - but we've only found a couple of examples of that and that's something I want to bring up later. Why, why that can be. All right?

So Incident I IS a Cluster making incident. It didn't make as BIG Clusters as Incident II. Incident II you had like maybe millions of thetans put on a mountain top. Incident I, you maybe only, put him together, with a guy, in the incident, uh, a number of other BTs - 20, 30, 40, maybe only 5, some of them - depending on how early they had their Incident I - There are only like 2 or 3 together.

The, interesting thing is that it has, the COMBINED, (taps table 3 times) CHARGE, of both the Cluster making incident, and the same thing we were dealing with, in, uh, Clearing Course and 36 days - that it is a similar incident that was done more than once. You see?

We don't... haven't found anybody that went from one volcano to another (laugh) and did Incident II twice. Because it all happened almost, at the same day. You know? Most of the action took place, very much in a, close, area of time. But Incident I, was a bit more covert, and it was done with a lot of PR and.. so on like that. So that it was, something that thetans were, noosed into. But, it was done essentially, many, many, many, many times. All right? As LRH says: Everyone, that has a time track, or is in this universe, will have it. You see?

So, (tap board) there you go. So, it is.. also, made a cluster when it.. was done, because it is that. It just goes - ZUP! - and the "snaps" are when the, when the beings are put together, on the other guy. In the "snaps" part of it. They come in on the snaps, and that's what the guy didn't see. He's completely overwhelmed with all these pictures of a.. chariot, colors, the waves of light and so on.

Now. The thing is, that it was done SO OFTEN though, it's just like uh, tax collecting. You know? It was "tax collecting" every year, and they do it all over the place, so if the guy has..uh.. a mutual incident as a.. paying his tax.. - income tax - with his whole family paying tax - say that was the mutual incident - then he did it last year, and he did it...(laugh) He may have done it more than once himself, AND he may have been put together with guys who had it earlier in a different place. So you have all these complexities and that's why you ask "Earlier Incident I?"

That's what that button is. You see? You understand the "effort to stop" and "effort to withdraw"? - that's just.. from the incident. But the "EARLIER Incident I?" is to.. BREAK UP, those clusters. And sometimes it goes - brrr - and they all fall apart! You see? It's even more DIRECT, if you say to them: "Is there - are there, beings with Earlier Incident Is, who have confused it with this one?" "Can they please SPOT their Earlier Incident I?" - boom - and they start spotting it, see? See what I mean? They just go - brrrrrrrrrrr - like that. Now the guy himself, that you're handling, may have an Earlier Incident I, but if that don't resolve it, then you can say: "Are there beings connected to YOU, that have Earlier Incidents Is? Please spot them." - brrrfff - they go off. You see?”

“Any other questions about OTIII and OT levels? Before I end up on that... OT III handles - and this is where... we will bridge into NOTs right after this - but I just want to show you what OT III handles. The beings, who essentially, by the tone scale - right? - have not gone - well, you can look at it in several ways: They have not, totally identified themselves with MEST. They have not, totally lost, some beingness, as a being. In other words you can still communicate to them. Even if they are..thinking they are a "thing" they can still be a LIVE thing. They still - to some degree - retain Liveness, communication. And some sort of, uh, little line that you can get ahold of them with. OK?

So, you can spot them on the tone scale. Some of them are, in various theta-degrees but uh, most, most of them are below death, on the tone scale - Ah, sorry! - Above death, on the tone scale. You know?”

“That's III.”

“Then you get, the guy's, got rid of all the ones he can easily get into communication with. He hits the solidity wall or solidity factor, of NOTs. And the NOTs area, is, of course, where we have the guys below, being able, to be a being.”
