Dear Sir:
It is my understanding that during April, 1994 you published
articles under the by-line of Greg Sinclair which rely as their
source upon portions of the Declaration of Andre Tabayoyon filed
in the matter of Church of Scientology International v. Steven
Fishman and Uwe Geertz, United States District Court for the
Central District of California. I further understand that you
have identified this law firm as a source of the material.
In the litigation, the Church of Scientology International
filed a number of declarations which make certain assertions
regarding the veracity of Mr. Tabayoyon, which I enclose for
your review. Please note this firm will no longer be utilizing
the declaration of Mr. Tabayoyon nor will we assist in its
publication or dissemination by others.
