So far we have been talking a lot on 3rd dynamic matters, but of course and unfortunately on this planet we have a little bit more than just tech and Ron's Org. Might be better otherwise, but let's face the fact - there is something else.
The current situation on this planet is really a major departure from the ideal scene, and when we look at what is going on, this planet seems to be in a huge chaos. In fact, this chaos is getting less every day. Because what we think, the structures that govern or control the planet are - well, okay, everyone knows about Marcabians, Implanters and so on - but when we just take the normal world scenarios, which are going on, many of us still think that it's politicians, who rule the planet. Of course that is a big mistake. Huge.
Because, who is ruling us is big corporations, multinational corporations in the producing area, in the banking, insurance area etc. When you really look at it, and I have good examples from Germany, where a big company decides, something has to be done, and if the government doesn't comply, they just tell the government: "Well, if you don't do what we want, we just cut 20.000 jobs, and then you are in trouble!" And the government says: "OOps, sorry, I didn't mean it that way," and whatever legislation was planned is gone off the table. This companies are operating on a planetary level, and I think, many of you are very aware of that from the various countries where you come from.
There are many examples in the economical field right know - telecommunications for example in the moment is a big thing, where companies all over the world are buying each other out. This might look like a war on the surface between companies. In fact, what we are having here, is a real nicely scheduled operation, which will bring in about 5 to 10 years time all the telecommunications of the whole planet under the control of more or less one tiny little group of companies. I don't know if any of you are aware of the big consultations that are now going on between AT&T and MCI and British Telecomm and so on. This is just one thing which is running right now. You have a similar thing where the biggest insurance groups in Germany are linking up by buy outs and take-overs. You have the same thing on the banking sector. That means, when these concentrations of capital of companies continue the way they are going right now, we will have, in fact, a global org board with all the divisions. We have Interpol, who is linking up, complaining actually last week on their annual conference, that they would like to really do something to fight crime, only, what a pity, the politicians don't comply with their wishes!
You have similar things going on with... for example on the health sector. The big health insurances, medical professions, everyone is linking, linking, linking up, it's all going towards globalization. Global players, you all have heard that. But this whole thing is a scenario, which is really being meant to get the planet under a one-world-control, but at the same time it seems that politically nothing is really moving. And this is what my fellow German long time ago said, it's opium for the population. Karl Marx said that. He didn't say a lot of good things, but this one fits. So, we are facing a one world rule by economical powers. And the politicians are in the process of being reduced to the administrative executive body, to get executed the orders and the wishes of the big corporations.
So what is it? What has happened to this matter, energy, space and time? What has happened to the theta particles of the body? What has happened to these tiny little individuals? Or we can call them little pieces of theta, because when you go back to Axioms 1 and 2, you will find that matter, energy, space and time itself was created and/or agreed upon by the static or the thetans, the players of the game. So, when you come right down to it, you have little particles of created theta there, or that theta created, whichever way you like it. Now, what is the Bridge for these guys? Now remember they are not playing the game on all Dynamics, as you are. In fact, they are only on one dynamic, one of your dynamics. So it is quite obvious from a technical point of view that they may have an entirely different Bridge. Alright? Now we are in a position to actually develop the processes for these bridges. We have cleaned off all the other junk - all the implanter implants, all the incidents, engrams, locks, secondaries - all the things that were affecting your game as well as theirs.
And when you have a look at politicians from a money level, if you have someone getting out of a university, a brilliant student, with very good results, good exams, and so on, where do these young people go? They don't go into politics. They go into the big corporations! Because, when you really have all the good certificates and everything, and you go into the big corporations, and you end up at the very top, you end up with a salary of between 2 and 10 million Dollars per year.
Now, when you compare that to the average yearly income of the politicians - the German chancellor for example has a salary of something like 500.000 marks a year plus some extra benefits. That shows you already that people with the real quality will never go into politics! Politics is the left-overs for those, who didn't make it into the big companies! So that shows you the amount of the importance that global players give to the politicians.
Okay, now, what is happening underneath to the broad population, is something even more scary. We are going very deep into electronic control. A very good example is mobile phones. When you own a mobile phone, and this phone is switched on, that you can be reached by other people, that means, you are basically linked up to a GPS, a global positioning system. Because, in order to the station to reach you on the phone, your phone has to be located. That means, as long as your phone is - your mobile phone - is switched on, you can be located by the square meter by who ever wants to know where you are! Then people say: 'Okay! So what! I don't have anything to hide.' Good, maybe not yet! But you never know what happens next month.
The next scary thing, so far it is been said over and over again: 'Yeah, mobile phones can be overheard, and when you talk, people can hear it. Now we are being told by the media that the new generations of phones can not be just easily overheard. But just two days ago I found in a newspaper a very interesting article, and that says, even the modern mobile phones with the GSM-standard - I don't know, what the GSM-standard is, but it seems to be a very important standard - even those can be listened into. All, what the intelligence services have to do is that they have to fake the contact to one of the stations where the phone links into - when you switch on like: 'Okay, now my phone is on, people can phone me,' - then you link up with one of those intermediate stations.
When you link up your phone to the normal station, then you can phone. Now, what the intelligence services can do, they beam into your phone a, faking it being switched into one of those stations, but in fact running through another station, it's called IMSI-catcher. That means, you don't even know that your mobile phone is on-line. This intermediate thing is still there, working as a kind of relay station to your normal checkpoint. But, you don't realize that your phone is being switched on. Now, this of course means, with the way the normal mobile phones are being structured, you never ever can switch off with a mechanical device the microphone! So when some intelligence service decides to switch your phone on to their network point, you in fact are running around with a bug! Because you don't know that your microphone is working all the time!
So, whenever they decide they want to know, what you are doing, speaking, where you are, they just locate you, switch your phone on, and the built-in microphone works as a bug. Okay? This is just an example on how far the control is going these days without people even realizing. At the same time big discussions are going on in parliament. The German keyword 'Grosser Lauschangriff', which means, that the government now gets free hand on listening into all kinds of private phones and so on... Of course, the majority of the population thinks: 'Oh, that's great!' Because what does the government do? The government used the good old control-scenario. Parts of it have already been written about in the Sector 9 book. You create a situation or put something there, which seems to be a situation, for example drug trafficking. Now everyone says: 'Oh, terrible!' And: 'We have to do something!' And the population of course starts screaming out: 'We need more control against drugs!' Because the government tells them, against drugs the only thing you can do is put in more control! And then the population says: 'Oh yes. Please, do it! Please, let's have more control!' And away goes another little piece of freedom. So of course everyone screams: 'We need more control!'
For example, control on drug money, control against counterfeit money. When you have counterfeit money, right now new banknotes are being produced, which have little metal strips in there, or even holograms, tiny ones, which are very, very good. But the new technology, which is already available in the US, makes it possible through these tiny holograms and metal strips, that when you go through a special kind of detector, that detector actually picks up, how much cash money you have in your wallet. The only way out would be to wrap your cash money in aluminum foil, which you use in the kitchen, but then the detector would go 'beep!' and the customs or who ever is sitting there would say: 'Oh, may I, please, have a look at what you have got in your pocket?'
So there is no way out. Because this has to be done. The usual paper-trail you leave using credit cards is nice, because you can easily be controlled all over, but there are still a minority of undisciplined nonconformists, who insist on cash. Now, here you have the trap - you don't even know, but you cross a border and the guy at the control knows, how much money you have in your pocket! This is just a nice little control scenario on top.
So, what we are facing here in fact is, that this planet is getting more and more under a tighter and tighter and tighter control without the population realizing. Well, in politics nothing seems to be really happening in this respect, but at the same time the economic system closes down on the population. You have the same thing with the banks. Nowadays you can only get a loan, when you can prove that you don't need one.
For example, advertisement is another thing, where you really have a very slow gradient continual way of brainwashing. People start associating certain problems with certain keywords, which acts like a trigger mechanism. Because when that word comes up, people think: 'Oh, wow, great!' and immediately have the picture in their mind. I mean, it's being really keyed in one by one, it's a conditioning. I don't know, has anyone of you ever seen this great, old movie 'Metropolis'? It's a beautiful movie! And there is one scene, where you have the workers with something like clockwise moving all kinds of things in a factory. Which shows you that there must have been a very long time conditioning to really get them operate on push-button.
Now, we find the same thing in our society right now! Our children are right now in the process of being conditioned into operating on push-button activity! And it's the thing, most children love best these days, and where they really nag their parents: 'Pleeease, may I?' And this thing is a Tamagochi! Did you ever look at it from this viewpoint? You have a little computer device in your hand, and when it beeps, you have to rush and do something. Feed the animal or clean his backside or play with it or whatever. But the children are already now being conditioned to jump and perform certain tasks by the beep of a computer, because otherwise something terrible is going to happen. The Tamagochi, a virtual animal, is dying, and I think it can die only a certain number of times, then you have to buy a new machine! So, when you start that with 5, 6, 7 year old children, this is the best possible conditioning you have!
The whole thing is going up, going up, going tighter, going tighter. Only the way of controlling our planet has changed from hard and rough like a few years ago with real dictatorships and hard police state and so on. When we had in earlier times a very obvious similarity to '1984' by George Orwell, we are now slowly approaching Aldeous Huxley's 'Brave new world'! Where things are so sweet and so light, and everything is based on common sense, and everyone knows what is best. The little boxes Bill talks about in the Sector 9 are getting smaller, we are shrinking back, boxes are still getting smaller and the boxes are getting smaller. Only nowadays it's more sugar and not so much the whip.
Another interesting control device is a small tracking chip. The microchip has been developed by Hughes Aircraft corporation, which is a subsidiary of General Motors. This microchip has about the size of a rice corn and is been implanted by injection and gives the location of the body, who carries this rice corn, anytime linking up with a satellite. And in the US it's already being used on pets, on little children and on senior citizens with Alzheimer's disease. Now, this is the over all thing. Then I just wanted to lead your attention to a very interesting standard scenario, which has been applied recently in many, many so called 3rd and 4th world countries. Especially in Africa this has been used, I don't know how many times. These are the steps:
1. A dictatorship, can be capitalistic, can be socialistic, whatever, or a few years ago colonial government, ends, and a democratic head of state comes to office.
2. Free markets are being established.
3. The world communities starts aid programs. Financial and material aid.
4. News about corruption and human rights violations start pouring in.
5. The IMF and the World Bank stop the payment of all the loans.
6. The population starts starving, anarchy is growing, massacres and terrorism start.
7. An opposition leader, who is usually a member of the former ruling elite, starts demonstrations and builds up a private army to fight for freedom.
8. Civil war starts.
9. United Nation troops move in.
10. Refugees are all over the country. Refugee camps are being set up.
11. The international community, and very often you and me, get in avalanche of request for donations for the poor hungry people in Wattatumba or Chengchung or wherever.
12. The United Nations troops move out, because they don't get any corporation from the government and because it's too dangerous anyway.
13. The opposition leader makes a deal with global players multinational companies on the resources of the country.
14. Media support starts for this just cause.
15. The old head of state gets thrown out of the country or looses the elections.
16. The opposition leader takes over.
17. The whole cycle starts again.
Now the best example for this recently was in Congo, Kinshasa, where Kabila, the now- president, did not get to power until he had signed over all the mining rights for the Katanga area with diamonds and gold and uranium and all kinds of things to Anglo-American and De Beers. After he had signed those contracts he then finally got into power and Mobutu had to leave.
You can find this all over the place. It was just one of the prominent examples. Probably the next country, where this is really going to show up is Sierra Leone. It's started already.
Tourism! Tourism is the thing that's going on in Kenya right now. All the troubles and uproars and so on in Kenya is basically... it's the huge, real huge growing tourism industry.
I'm going to talk too long if I go very far into this. If anybody wants to talk about it, I'm available, especially on Kenya. I've been there just a couple of weeks ago and I've found out quite a lot of interesting things. But I'd like to stick to my lecture now.

Okay! So, now, I have described the situation. Now the question is why and who? Because, and this is something, I found out, the Marcabians and the Implanters - it doesn't quite really fit anymore. It's somehow a different quality. It's not just electronics control in the old Markab style and it's not just the normal implanting we know from the Implanter org. I had the feeling, because I couldn't come to a bright idea to handle a current situation, I followed the data series, and that says: 'If you don't come to the right bright idea and the situation doesn't resolve, check for an upper echelon influence. And so I went through all kinds of things and so on, and then I finally found something, actually in the Technical dictionary. And this is a little remark of L. Ron Hubbard on 'Espinol'. Who of you remembers it? All right! I'll read the definition from the Technical dictionary plus some more. I actually transcribed it from the tape 'The free being'. It says:
"Espinol. This society belongs nominally to the Espinol United Stars. This is sun 12 and it is one little tiny pinpoint. There whole title is: Espinol United Stars, Moons, Planets and Asteroids. This part of the universe is ours. This quarter of the universe is ours. It translates better. It's so much quarter of the universe, and this is so lost in the middle of it, that there has been no command post occupied for this system now since 1150 AD. At the time, when a group on Mars was finally abolished and vanished and so forth, and nobody took any interest in this system, this system has been running wild since that time. You notice at that time, we had a sudden resurgence in science, we had a sudden resurgence in this, that or the other thing. It became an uncontrolled civilization. And since that time earth has been used and was used before consistently as dumping ground." This is what LRH says about Espinol.
I checked all material I could find. I never found any reference that Espinol actually ever had really given up ruling this quarter of the universe! To give you some mass on what 'this quarter' of the universe means, I made some pictures. I'll hold it up, to give you just an idea. If this is the universe, the MEST-universe. This is one quarter of the universe. In this quarter of a universe you have many, many, many galaxies. One galaxy, which could look like this, then breaks down like our galaxy, the milky way for example, breaks down into the sectors, which you know pretty well. Now, one of those sectors is Sector 9 with all kinds of star systems. Out of these systems is one system, sun 12 or our solar system, and out of there one planet, this is us. Just to give you an idea of the order of magnitude we are talking about, when we talk about the Espinol confederacy! It's a planet in a system in a sector in a galaxy in a quarter of the universe in the MEST-universe! I mean, it's huge, okay?
Espinol invaded this universe about 300.000 years ago, taking over one quarter of it. Planet Earth was part of it. And as LRH said, there was a control post on Mars till about 1150. Espinol, he says that on another tape, the tape is 'The itsa-line continued', which is a Level 0 - tape. There he says, that Espinol is an implant society. So I started to research in this a little bit further, and I also had a look at the planetary history, and as LRH said, around 1150 the state of the planet was - I mean, it was the real dark medieval ages. The first kingdoms and empires had come up in Europe, but it was all still pretty much in a very tight grip of the church, catholic church. You had the Moslems at that time all over Spain, Portugal, most of north Africa. Arabic area. You had in south America and middle America, you had the Maya and the Inca with their very suppressive priest societies. And in the far east the Buddhists and the Hindus and so on, they were not very much better off than we were in Europe.
When Espinol left that post on Mars, all of a sudden a resurgence came up. We got the high medievals with for example the crusades starting, the Kathars came, the Aquitaine and Occitaine civilizations just came up and real culture came about. And this continued through the renaissance and so on till about around the French revolution, when all the spiritual development all of a sudden was crushed. But we know where that came from, because we can read all that in the Sector 9 book, because we are from that point on dealing with Xenu and the Implanter org. This was all not so nice, all spiritual developments were stopped very much, things drifted into a very materialistic society.
Then the next change came in 1950, when LRH started developing and really expanding with Dianetics and Scientology. It continued till around 1986, when Xenu got arrested and stored away in his nice little jail in Andromeda. I still love the idea of having him sit there. You get all that stuff from Sector 9 and other data from Captain Bill!
So, what happened after 1986? It's very simple! We had a new resurgence of freedom! The iron curtain fell, spiritual movements, New Age. I mean, you may think about New Age whatever, but it was a way of spiritual liberation, that came up. This went on, and then, in 1990 the whole thing turned around again very strong. And this is where I consider - and I think any of you can confirm that, when you really look at what has happened - I think at that time Espinol found themselves forced to jump in again on this planet and handle the situation before it really got them into trouble. Because what happened in those years 90 and 91? We had the Golfwar, where someone again tried to pull off the old Armageddon scenario. Bill got taken out of the game. Immediately after that the Free Zone was in an absolutely terrible state, decaying at a very fast step. New pressure was being put on all kinds of spiritual groups including then the Church of Scientology. And on the planet economywise, politically, there was really a maximum confusion. And this has been increasing for a little time, and then all of a sudden control started coming in on this different level, which I explained in the first part of my lecture.
Why is Espinol so scared? If you don't know it yet, I'll just repeat it. Espinol is a society, which depends on implants. There is no bigger threat for an Implanter than an auditor! Or a solo- auditor! Because imagine, you are the general of a hostile army and you try to conquer a territory or stop a revolution in the territory, and you find in front of you a bullet proof soldier, and whatever secret weapon or weapon you come up with, is obsolete! Which basically means, you take the meter, you take the cans, you handle the implants and just go back into the fight! So, we auditors and solo-auditors, we are an absolute nightmare for any implant using society. So of course they had to do their very best to stamp us out and do their best to keep the planet under a very tight control.
When LRH and Bill issued the Free Zone Decree and the Non Interference Decree and it started working on this planet and it got exported into the galaxy, it got exported into the Andromeda galaxy. That was the point where the Espinol confederacy really got alarmed. They said: 'Oh, wow! If this really spreads and if we have more areas, where freedom fighters are, who can not be harmed by implants, or if they are being harmed, it's just on a temporary basis, we have to do something!'
So they started to move in, and I think, what they did, and I think, it can be also followed up, they started using the old control structures from the Marcabians and from the Implanters. Just taking over the whole network. And since they had good tech, especially their soft type of implant tech, I mean, compared to what Espinol uses, the Implanters are pretty rough and stone-age. The more softer approach through education /reeducation and reprogramming and so on, is much less obvious. It's harder to detect it. Espinol really had to do something to stop this freedom movement. But here are the good news: they can't! They can't! They can't put implants and change things as fast as we can audit that off! Okay? So what's the solution? Folks, get up the bridge, the faster the higher the better. And the more people you pull in, the bigger the chances are that one day this, not only this planet, but that this quarter of the universe finally will be free of implanting. Okay? So let's do it!
